How to use this page
Pick a topic, or go from top to bottom. Mistakes here cost nothing, so try again as often as you like.
Match each word with the same word in Cyrillic.

How old?
Read: Luka's friend
One evening on the stairs, Luka introduces Jelena to a friend from his student dorm. Read it on your own first; open the translation if you need it.
- Luka:Jelena, ovo je Nemanja, moj drugar iz doma.
- Nemanja:Zdravo! Drago mi je.
- Jelena:Ćao, Nemanja! I meni. Odakle si?
- Nemanja:Iz Kragujevca. Studiram medicinu.
- Luka:I odličan je kuvar. Pravi najbolje ćevape u domu!
- Nemanja:Ma, nije istina. Ajde, vidimo se!
Read: a message from Mr. Petrović
Your landlord sends you a text message.
Dobar dan! Javlja se Dragan Petrović iz prizemlja. Ključ od podruma je kod Jelene, u stanu osam. Ako Vam treba, samo pitajte nju. Nisam kod kuće do sedam. Prijatno!
New words: javlja se = this is (in a message), ključ od podruma = the basement key, ako Vam treba = if you need it, pitajte nju = ask her, kod kuće = at home, do = until.

Ready for the test?
When most of this feels easy, take the Module Test. If one topic is still hard, go back to its lesson: letters in Lesson 1, hello and ti or Vi in Lesson 2, who you are in Lesson 3, the rescue phrases in Lesson 4, numbers and age in Lesson 5.
