Your task
Ana Petrović, Mr. Petrović's daughter, met you in November before she flew back to Vienna. Today she writes to you: her dad has told her about your week. At the end of her email, she adds a message from her mom, Vesna. Your goal: understand both texts, answer a few language questions, and then write back to Ana, with Vi.
The test
14 questions: 5 on Ana's email, 3 on Vesna's message, 6 on the language of this module. Then a short email back to Ana, for your instructor.

Read the email and Vesna's message first, then answer. Take your time: there's no clock.
How the test works
Read the two texts, then answer the 14 questions. This time there are no English translations. Get 12 right (80%) to pass. If you don't pass, look at what you missed, read the texts again and try again. Then write back to Ana. Your email goes to your instructor, and it's part of finishing the module.

Dobar dan iz Beča!
Kako ste? Ovde je hladno, ali sunčano. Tata kaže da ste imali tešku nedelju: u petak ste zaboravili ključ, a u subotu ste bili u liftu! Mama kaže da je taj lift star kao ja.
Ja sam prošlog vikenda bila u Salcburgu sa drugaricom. Prvi dan sam pala na ledu ispred hotela, ali se nisam povredila. Posle toga smo šetale ceo dan, jele kolače i pile toplu čokoladu.
Šta ima novo u zgradi od novembra? Da li gospođa Ruža još uvek zna sve? Tata kaže da ste bili i na Avali. Kako je bilo?
U aprilu dolazim u Beograd na nedelju dana. Možemo na kafu u Ugao!

Ana, ćao! Ovde je sve u redu. Grip je prošao pre nedelju dana i opet radim u domu zdravlja.
U petak uveče je tata izašao u papučama sa rezervnim ključem za stan 7. Bio je ponosan kao pravi profesor!
U četvrtak smo bili u Uglu na kafi. Tamo je bila razmena jezika sa Lukom. Jedan Irac, Tom, pričao je srpski glasno i hrabro, sa greškama. Tata se smejao ceo sat.

Write back to Ana with Vi, 60 to 80 words, in the past tense. Thank her for the email, and tell her what happened last week: the lift, the key or Avala (or all three). Write with your own form (bio / bila, zaboravio / zaboravila). At least 60 words. Your instructor will read it. Open the example only after you try.

In one week of February, you've learned to tell what happened: bio sam and bila sam, any verb in the past, the irregular ones, when it happened (juče, prošle nedelje, pre dva dana), what went wrong (nisam mogao, zaboravila sam), and sam se.
